1. License and Usage

AmanePanel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the control panel software subject to your active subscription plan. Modifying the core licensing mechanism is strictly prohibited.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the software for any illegal activities, hosting malicious content, spamming, or violating any local or international laws.

3. Payments and Refunds

All payments made via QRIS are final. Since licenses are provisioned automatically and instantly, we generally do not offer refunds unless there is a verifiable system error on our end.

4. Limitation of Liability

AmanePanel is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, server downtime, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use our software.
